Black Ski Inc. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee govern Black Ski, Inc. The Board of Directors is made up of nine members. Those members include the active founding directors of Black Ski, the club president and additional elected members from the club. The primary function of the Board of Directors is to establish policies to conduct the business of Black Ski.
